I was thinking like random location even though it looks like right now they are probably fixed in place. Random timers could be interesting, random placements would be super cool.

I was a little confused by this request but I think you're referring to when the resource respawns, not the loot itself, right? So instead of everything respawning x minutes after being mined, have it respawn some random amount of time later?

I actually don't like this idea. It is kind of weird to see a grove of trees pop back in 1 after the other but the way resource gathering works right now, it would be frustrating to make a loop and only have some of the items respawned... Although it might also break up a situation where the loop is fully mined allowing a person to stumble upon an available resource more often.

the issue I am addressing here is this: when I "grind" to collect resources, I start feeling like a bot, especially for minerals as they always reappear in the same place. Also it becomes diffucult to share resources, as finding them is so easy now, no skill involved in finding them.

So my suggestion is: make the actual stone/tree/fish reappear in random places instead always in the same spot. Random timer wasnt even what I thought about. Because if you had random placing, random time would just be the icing on the cake to make it feel more immersis err immersive.
